FREE Women Empowered Workshop

Designed to give anyone to tools to defend against a larger, stronger opponent, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is the perfect martial art for women. Unfortunately, the way BJJ is taught at most schools makes it confusing, unsafe and discouraging for beginners. In this special Women Empowered seminar, you're going to learn beginner friendly BJJ techniques in a fun, collaborative training environment, where safety is always the top priority! By the end of the seminar, you will feel totally empowered, and your only regret will be that you didn't join our jiu-jitsu family sooner!
Minor teens are welcome to attend with a parent. All women need this instruction.
